Complications of treatment of choledocholithiasis in patients with duodenal diverticulum
Abstract
The objective of our work was to improve the results of treatment for the choledocholithiasis in the patients with duodenal diverticulum using mini-invasive surgical technologies and traditional operations. We have taken and analyzed 145 cases of mechanical nonmalignant genesis jaundice and duodenal diverticulum. Mini-invasive transpapillary interventions are the alternative method of treatment for choledocholitiasis in the patients with duodenal diverticulum. Despite the success, the treatment of choledocholithiasis in the patients with parapapillary diverticulum requires the optimization to reduce the amount of complications.
