Endothelial dysfunction and violations of liver function in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
Abstract
The review of scientific papers on modern views on the pathogenetic mechanisms of development of endothelial dysfunction, insulin resistance in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Recent evidence suggests that NAFLD - a new risk factor for cardiovascular disease, can be regarded as part of the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. Accumulated evidence that, through modulation of endothelial dysfunction, fatty liver can stimulate inflammation, which in turn mediating the atherosclerotic process.
