Abstract

The study evaluated the stress and traumatic impact of the proposed method of creating the workspace on the patient's organism in laparoscopic surgeries as compared with the action of the standard tensed carboxyperitoneum (10-12 mm. Hg). Perioperative levels of plasma cortisol, IL-6 and TNF-a in the control group were significantly higher than in the main group, this indicates a low degree of stress response in the group of dosed (4-6 mm. Hg) lift-assisted carboxyperitoneum. Usage of the proposed method reduces the degree of postoperative pain, especially shoulder-bladebone syndrome, typical for the laparoscopic procedures with the establishment of a tensed carboxyperitoneum.
