Abstract

The article presents the results of a study on the study of etiopathogenetic factors of the development of endometrial hyperplasia in women of reproductive age with ultrasonographic signs of the disease. The main causes of hyperplasia of the endometrium have been studied and highlighted. Pathomorphological studies of endometrial tissue in this category of patients have been carried out. The role of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases in the pathogenesis of endometrial hyperplasia has been studied. As a result of the data obtained, the scheme of treatment and rehabilitation therapy in women with existing factors of endometrial hyperplasia on the background of the inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs with the use of enzyme drugs of local action is presented.
