Abstract

Annotation. For the recent time, the problem of mental health of patients with hypertension has been repeatedly mentioned in scientific studies. The data confirm that in people who are suffering from high blood pressure, a number of non-psychotic mental disorders are often encountered, in which the treatment with Glicised is significant. Objective: investigate the effectiveness of Glicised treatment for the treatment of nonpsychotic mental disorders in participants in hostilities in the East of Ukraine with comorbid hypertension. On the basis of the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Hospital of Veterans of War (VOCHVW), 56 respondents were examined, suffering from hypertension and having non-psychotic mental disorders. The main methods of research: clinical anamnestic, clinical and psychopathological, socio-demographic, psychodiagnostic, statistical. According to the results of this work, it was discovered that an important place in the treatment of non-psychotic mental disorders in participants in hostilities in the East of Ukraine with comorbid hypertension belongs to the naturopathic psychotropic drug Glicised. The drug shows antistress, stress-protective, nootropic action: normalizes the processes of excitation and inhibition in the central nervous system, increases mental performance (improves cognitive function, in particular the ability to perceive and memorize information), eliminates depressive disorders, increased irritability, aggressiveness, confidentiality, normalizes sleep. Thus, the timely application of Glicised will improve the effectiveness of the treatment of respondents. The treatment with Glicised provides high compliance and does not show a negative effect on the course of concomitant somatic pathology, which characterized it as a given drug with no side effects. The general observed effect in this direction was the improvement of working capacity and the psychological state of respondents, which was reflected in a decrease in the proportion of the existing problems of patients.
