Abstract

With the use the use of symplex-latticed method in pseudocoordinates it is conducted to the experiment planning and the concentration of nanoaddition is optimized silver/silica for forming of monofilaments of polypropylene with high mechanical and antimicrobial properties that can be used for making of the reticulated implants for the hernioplastic and as surgical suture materials. Result of undertaken studies is set that optimal correlation of components of mixture folds at the masses for forming of monofilaments in %: PP — 99,16; Ag — 0,38; SiO2 — 0,46, and indexes that characterize quality quality of the modified filaments, there are such: relative durability at a break — 587 MPа, initial module — 7944 MPа, diameter of zone of delay of growth of microorganisms — 14,0.
