"Gasless" laparoscopy in simultaneous surgery of the abdominal cavity, retroperitoneal space and small pelvis cavity
Abstract
The paper analyzes the results of surgical treatment of 84 patients who underwent simultaneous surgery on the abdominal, pelvic and retroperitoneal space on the background of concomitant somatic pathology. Study group consisted of 36 patients operated with the author laparolifting technology, control group - 48 patients operated by the classic technology with imposing сarboperitoneum. Identify options for optimal surgical approaches, the structure and frequency of postoperative complications, especially the flow of early postoperative period. It was revealed that the simultaneous lifting laparoscopic surgery have a number of advantages: reduced frequency and severity of postoperative complications, postoperative pain intensity, the number of exacerbations associated chronic diseases, length of hospital stay after surgery.
