Abstract

Results of treatment of 156 patients with acute destructive pancreatitis (ADP). In 76 (48,7 %) patients were diagnosed with a sterile pancreonecrosis complicated by the development of enzymatic peritonitis, which was an indication for laparoscopic rehabilitation (LR) and drainage of abdominal cavity. The most important stage of surgical interventions performed in the early stages of the disease in patients with sterile EIR, was the elimination of the pathology of the biliary tract. The mortality rate was 3,9 %. In 80 (51,3 %) patients was performed "open" surgery for laparotomy infected ADP. After laparotomy we focused on assessment of the prevalence and nature of lesions of the pancreas, retroperitoneal fat, abdominal organs. Mortality in this group was 12,5 %.
