Abstract

Conducted Wavelet-analysis of rhythm structure of blood perfusion vibrations in patients with frostbite in case of different ways of medical treatment showed that the use of bioisothermic bandages for frostbitten extremities, early surgical necrectomy with single-step wound closing by lyophilizated xenoderm grafts, further treatment of wounds in a humid environment using the current of low intensity without external sources increase the maximum amplitude of vibrations in all frequency ranges, indicating a decrease in vascular walls stiffness, their dilatation, better blood content of the nutritional channel, decrease in tissue hypoxia, improvement of transcapillary exchange, and therefore significantly better course of wound healing.
