Abstract

Diagnostic measures are a key element in the success of the treatment of patients with polytrauma. The development of a local inflammatory response in the initial phase associated with the secretion of tissue macrophages a major proinflammatory cytokines - TNF- α. For solving research related to the study of the immunological component diagnostics of infectious complications in HIV-infected patients with polytrauma, formed the prospective group, which consisted of 116 HIV-infected people, which was diagnosed polytrauma. Data of TNF- α, as one of the units allows immunological examination in the first hour forecast of infectious complications in HIV-infected injured. The combination of laboratory parameters, and immunological markers will allow us to develop a system of predicting the risk of infection in HIV-infected patients with polytrauma.
