Abstract

Study the effect of vitamins В6, В9, В12 and polymicroelement drug Esmine on H2S level, H2S-synthase enzyme activity and H2S utilization rates in rats' brain with isolated hyperhomocysteinemia (HHC). Was estimated that the use of the composition of vitamins В6, В9, В12 combined w ith Esmine has the highest hypohomocystinemic effect, and prevents reduction of H2S-synthase enzyme activity, H2S-utilization disorders and formation of H2S deficiency in rats' brain with HHC.
