Effects of vitamins b6, b9, b12 and esmine on the hydrogen sulfide system in rats’ brain with isolated hyperhomocysteinemia
Abstract
Study the effect of vitamins В6, В9, В12 and polymicroelement drug Esmine on H2S level, H2S-synthase enzyme activity and H2S utilization rates in rats' brain with isolated hyperhomocysteinemia (HHC). Was estimated that the use of the composition of vitamins В6, В9, В12 combined w ith Esmine has the highest hypohomocystinemic effect, and prevents reduction of H2S-synthase enzyme activity, H2S-utilization disorders and formation of H2S deficiency in rats' brain with HHC.
