So, one of the priority areas of research is the search for informative biomarkers that would predict the development of sepsis and severe sepsis in patients with acute diseases of the abdominal cavity (ADAC). Our scientific research covered 107 patients - 42 cases ADAC that complicated sepsis, and 65 - ADAC without AS. It was singled out seven factors in serum and peritoneal fluid, which in combination impact on the development of AS. We made formula based on immunological parameters by which the prediction of diagnosis of AS reaches 90,6 %, and severe sepsis - 98,8 %. ER -
