The main group included 58 girls with abnormal uterine bleeding, the comparison group included 230 practically healthy girls of the same age. The constitutional affiliation of the girls was established according to the constitutional typology of W. Sheldon, considered the most reasonable and statistically confirmed. General clinical, anthropometric, somatotypological and statistical research methods were used. We considered only those parameters that can be measured by any general practitioner, namely: body mass index, and body surface area, chest circumference, interspinous, intercristal, intertrochanteric distances, the external conjugate. Analysis of the data obtained was carried out using the program “STATISTICA 5.5” using non-parametric methods for evaluating the results. It is established that the occurrence of abnormal uterine bleeding in girls adolescence in the vast majority of cases is related to their constitutional peculiarities of the body structure and most often this nosology occurs in girls of ectomorphic somatotype (46.60 %), and least often in girls of ecto-mesomorphic somatotype (22.40 %).</p>}, number={2}, journal={Reports of Vinnytsia National Medical University}, author={Kucherenko, O. and Chaika, H.}, year={2020}, month={Oct.}, pages={201-207} }
