Small structural anomalies of the heart are the part of the structure of connective tissue dysplasia syndrome, one of the most common hereditary autosomal dominant diseases of young and middle-aged people. The clinical significance of these anomalies depends on the degree of their severity and the effect on intracardiac hemodynamics, which is described in the article.
