The skin of every healthy person normally has dozens of benign pigmented nevi. Some pigment nevi has high risk to malignant transformation. The significant onkodermatologic problem is differential diagnosis of pigment nevi and malignant melanoma. Main feature of malignant melanoma is high malignancy, because invasive diagnostic methods conduct to tumor dissemination.
