Abstract

The experience of hybrid surgery with multilevel occlusive–stenotic lesions of the aortoiliac and femoropopliteal segments (stenting and open surgery) in 78 patients with chronic lower limb ischemia. Postoperatively fixed in 5 cases (6.4%) hematoma, 3 cases (3.8%) – in chylorrhea postoperative wounds 2 cases (2.5%) – femoral artery thrombosis – removed by standard thrombectomy, 1 case occurred subintimal passage of the conductor and the creation of a "false door", which led to the amputation. The use of hybrid technology shows the efficacy data of reconstructive surgery in patients with multi–level lesions of arteries of the lower extremities, as well as reducing the incidence of perioperative complications and trauma surgery.
