Endoscopic techniques in the treatment of endometriosis

Abstract

The data reflect clinical features of endometrioid ovarian cysts at the present stage, groups of patients are presented according to their reproductive function. In 80 % of patients the presence of pain (86 %), infertility (24 %) and the recurrent nature of the disease are indications for surgical treatment. It is shown that the structure of surgical procedures performed laparoscopically cystectomy prevails (77,5 %), ovary resection is performed (12,5 %), coagulation of endometriosis (32,5 %), adhesiolysis (50 %). In 72,5 % of cases after surgical treatment of endometrioid ovarian cysts hormonal therapy is prescribed.
