Abstract

The article shows the possibilities of laparoscopic technology in the treatment of 106 patients with different forms of peritonitis. The important role of interleukin 1β in the progression of inflammation in peritoneal cavity was shown and the dependence of its concentration in blood plasma from interleukin gene variant 1β 511 (С/T) was proved, which became the basis for the development of predicting method of peritonitis. It is shown that in most cases minimally invasive techniques allowed to remove the cause of peritonitis and to conduct effective sanitation and drainage of peritoneal cavity. The causes of conversions are shown in the article. According to the results of research the indications of laparotomic access interventions are expanded. The article describes the developed «second look» laparoscopic techniques of peritoneal cavity sanitation and shows the ways of improving of such sanitation efficacy.
