The impact of small heart structural anomalies in cardiovascular diseases formation
Small structural anomalies of the heart are anomalies of the development of the cardiovascular system characterized by the presence of various anatomical deviations from the norm of the structures of the heart and trunk vessels. Small structural anomalies of the heart are the part of the structure of connective tissue dysplasia syndrome, one of the most common hereditary autosomal dominant diseases of young and middle-aged people. The clinical significance of these anomalies depends on the degree of their severity and the effect on intracardiac hemodynamics, which is described in the article. The multiple abnormal chords of the left ventricle, which can be a sign of a difficult hereditary disease - the noncompact left ventricle, are most prognostically dangerous.
