Abstract

The frequency of uterine leiomyoma among other gynecological diseases varies from 20 to 44 %, and 13,3-to 27,0 % of cases occur in the reproductive age. This defeat leads to the loss of women's reproductive and menstrual functions expressed hormonal disturbances in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system and significant vascular and psycho-emotional disorder. Up to 25 % of infertility in modern women is due to the existence of uterine fibroids.
