Abstract

The first experience of using SADI without sleeve resection in the treatment of morbid obesity with concomitant metabolic syndrome and myasthenia gravis is given. Good results are obtained, both in the dynamics of loss of excess body weight, and in the correction of metabolic syndrome and myasthenia with overdrive correction of type II diabetes long before significant weight loss.
