Abstract

Significant changes in the direction of increasing of DNA and RNA levels in blood serum of patients with severe TBI were established with general tendency to decline during the treatment period. A direct strong correlation between levels of DNA and RNA in blood was revealed with a high degree of reliability, which was most pronounced at the beginning and the end of the observation period.
