Abstract

In our clinic for the last 10 years, laparoscopic surgery on the bile tract complications of gallstones (GS) performed at 378 patients, out of which 183 (48.6%) patients were operated on urgent indications. Mechanical jaundice was induced in these group patients (78 patients) with acute calculous cholecystitis, with acute biliary pancreatitis were 64 patients, choledocholithiasis with cholangitis - at 29 patients. Obtained results showed great feasibility of laparoscopic surgical procedures on the bile ducts in complicated gallstone disease.
