Abstract

The aim of study was to estimate an efficiency of local auto-transplantation of plasma enriched on platelets in patients with chronic stomach ulcers with poor regeneration. The 50 patients with chronic stomach ulcers were included into study. The size of ulcers was 1-3 sm. The 23 patients were included into study group. They received anti-ulcerative therapy together with endoscopic auto-transplantation of plasma enriched on platelets The group of comparison consisted of 27 patients. They received anti-ulcerative therapy. The results of treatment were estimated on 1st, 7th and 14th day. The data we have received demonstrate a tendency of decrease of ulcers' square in study group as well as in group of comparison (p<0,01, t - Student's criterion) with time flow. Authentic progressive reduction of abdominal pain syndrome intensity was mentioned in both groups of patients during the analysis of life quality throughout all the period of the study. So, unitary local endoscopic auto-transplantation of plasma enriched on platelets on the background of anti-ulcerative therapy permits to accelerate a process of the ulcerative defects epithelization significantly (p<0,01, t - Student's criterion) during 14 days.
