In sonographic study of the functional state of the gallbladder patients with chronic cholecystitis and obesity found the dependence of the type of dysfunction of the gallbladder on the degree of obesity. For patients with obesity of I degrees are more common slowing motility or lower the tone of the gall bladder, II degree of obesity is accompanied by hypotonic-hypokinetic type of dysfunction or hyperactivity-hypotonic, in patients with III degree of obesity often slowed motor skills at an elevated tone of the gall bladder. The features of the functional ability of the gallbladder are advisable to consider when planning his correction of functional disorders in patients with obesity.
