Analyse of the population level of hollow microflora of thick intestine by uninfected and infected bile peritonitis

Abstract

Analysis of the population level of hollow microflora of thick intestine of 55 hospitalized established that, the infected of the bile peritonitis is characterized by rising E. Coli, S.aureus, P.vulgaris, K.pneumoniae, E.faecalis and decreasing of B.Bifidum, B.Lactis. Anaerobic microflora of thick intestine and fungus kind of Candida don't play essential clinical role in pathogenesis of uninfected and infected of the bile peritonitis.
