Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the clinical course of pyoinflammatory diseases in children on the background of type I diabetes mellitus. It has been established that the course of the total pathology is considerably more severe as compared to its specific manifestations and it has a more severe clinical course, conditioned by the depth of the pathogenetic homeostasis disorders: evident dehydration, diabetic ketoacidosis and endogenous intoxication. Elimination of the suppurative focus and diabetes mellitus compensation lead only to a certain decrease of the endogenous intoxication level. The use of enterosorbents in the treatment regimen during 7-10 days allows to decrease the level of the endogenous intoxication indices significantly up to the physiological ones.
