Morphological changes in pancreas in edematous and destructive forms of acute pancreatitis
Presented data review of the literature about structure of the pancreas with acute pancreatitis. The attention is focused on the absence of justification in the allocation of fat and hemorrhagic form. It noted the need to assess the scale of the defeat of the retroperitoneal fat as a factor determining the severity of acute pancreatitis. Specify the progression of morphological changes of the pancreas in patients with recurrent pancreatitis. We substantiated necessity of further research of morphology of the pancreas with acute pancreatitis in order to compare the morphological changes with the clinical picture and the changes identified through CT studies as well as to assess the effectiveness of new drugs.
