Abstract

This paper presents analysis of clinical, laboratory and instrumental parameters in infants with pyelonephritis. Established that the majority of infant's pyelonephritis occurs monosymptomatic, and one of the important early indicators of inflammation, indicating the presence of the disease is procalcitonin. The main causative agents of inflammation in the renal parenchyma were identified. The increasing rate of renal-cortical index in young children was identified.
