Abstract

At microscopic research found that during the month the general plan of structure of the adrenal glands in rats that received the first seven days Lactoproteinum with sorbitol solution at a dose of 10 ml per kg, similar to that in the control group of animals which were injected the first seven days 0.9% solution NaCl in the same dose. However, with the injection of sorbitol with Lactoproteinum were noted plethora of postcapillary venules; standing boundary and increased adhesion of leukocytes to endothelial cells and leukocyte diapedesis through the walls of postcapillary venules, and in layers of loose connective tissue in perivascular spaces - increased number of lymphocytes and macrofagocytes.
