Abstract

The temporary methods of hemorrhage control with chemical (Celox, Quickclot, Hemostop and Krovospas), the use of tourniquet Esmarsh, CAT( Combat Application Tourniquet), Israel compressive bandage were analyzed. The benefits of using chemicals (Quikclot), as well as CAT tourniquet in hostilities to tourniquet Esmarsh were proved, specifically you need to help yourself with one hand and when the temperature conditions affect either the quality of the tourniquet or the quality of care.
